Founded in 2005 by Chelsealya Payne, PAYNE & Glory, Inc. is a community‐oriented, faith-based, non-profit organization designed to motivate, inspire, inform and empower women from all walks of life. Emphasis is placed upon self-esteem building, domestic abuse prevention and restoration, motivation, inspiration and personal growth. We strive towards identifying issues that women and their families are facing, and finding solutions and resources (via partners and reputable service organizations) that will aide in providing effective, positive change.

The organization facilitates workshops, forums, seminars and special events that provide women with the tools that will propel them towards their own personal success.

The foundation of PAYNE & Glory, Inc. rests upon this scripture: “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us.” ‐‐ Romans 8:18

Another component of PAYNE & Glory, Inc. is "Teens in Crisis: Redeeming a Generation". The mission of Teens in Crisis is to help to bridge the gap between teens and parents - families and communities. By hosting events such as youth/family empowerment summits, we take a stand against the negative influences that are contaminating our teens and their futures...giving our Teens a Voice and our Parents and Ear. With the help of upwardly mobile, goal orientated, vision driven, compassionate people that have a marked desire to make a difference in a young persons life, together as a community we can make it happen.
