Chelsealya Payne was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Diagnosed legally blind at an early age, God has taken Chelsealya to astounding heights allowing her to overcome every limitation associated with the effects of having a disability. As she matured into adulthood, she overcame the grips of a volatile relationship, magnified by her internal battle of low self‐esteem and self‐worth.

Much to her surprise, it was those hardships and the desire for a better life that enabled her to break the cycle that might otherwise be perpetuated upon her children. A motivational/empowerment speaker with a sincere passion to see others fulfill their goals,

Chelsealya has dedicated her time and efforts towards making a positive impact on the lives of others, so that they can reach their fullest potential in life. In addition to her work with PAYNE & Glory, Inc., she has worked with The Virtue Youth Foundation as a motivational speaker where they hosted workshops for high school and college aged young women. Main topic areas ranged from self esteem and body image to goal management and planning for future success.
