1. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing:

- All payments are non-refundable

- All sales are final

This includes:

- Services

- Digital products

-Custom work

- Setup fees

- Subscription payments

Once a payment is processed, it will not be reversed.

2. Services

Due to the nature of services:

- Work begins immediately upon payment or agreement

- Time, labor, and resources are allocated upfront

As a result:

- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered

- No refunds will be issued for partially completed work

3. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

For recurring services:

- You are responsible for canceling before your next billing cycle

- No refunds will be issued for charges already processed

- No prorated refunds unless explicitly stated

- Cancellation stops future billing only.

4. Digital Products

All digital products are:

- Delivered electronically

- Accessible immediately

Because of this:

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

5. Approved Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

- A billing error occurred

- You were charged multiple times for the same service

- Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback without contacting us first.

If a chargeback is filed:

- You will be in violation of this policy

- Your access to services will be terminated immediately

- You may be liable for the full amount plus any fees incurred

- We reserve the right to pursue collection and legal action.

7. Payment Processing Fees

All payment processing fees are:

Non-refundable

Deducted from any approved refund (if applicable)
